CEO/Director/Speech Language Pathologist
Megan Mingone is the owner and director of Education Play Station. She holds a M.S. in Speech Language Pathology from New York Medical College. She is a state and nationally certified Speech Language Pathologist and has specialty training in Early Intervention, Disabilities in Young Children, Development in Young Children and Dysphagia. Megan developed EPS for her oldest son 14 years ago. Her 17 & 10 year old boys are her constant inspiration. Her vision for EPS is to serve her community and support families in many different ways.
Lynette Jensen, M.Ed. CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist
Lynette earned her Masters in Speech Language Pathology from University of West Georgia. She is a state and nationally certified Speech Language Pathologist and has specialty training in using the SCERTS model. Lynette has a passion for books and enjoys incorporating them into her therapy. She has experience in school settings, pediatric clinics and pediatric day rehabilitation programs. Lynette enjoys spending time with her three children, pottery, music and kayaking in her free time.
Susan E. Van Buren, LCSW, RPT
Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Registered Play Therapist
Susan received her undergraduate degree from Niagara University and her Master's of Social Work degree from the NYS University at Buffalo. She further earned Trauma Certification from NYS University at Buffalo and is a Registered Play Therapist through the Association for Play Therapy. She has experience working in a children's mental health outpatient clinic, private practice with both children and adults, providing children's social skills groups with animals and nature and marriage counseling. Other areas have included suicide prevention in a public school, adult and children hospice bereavement groups and groups for children that have witnessed domestic violence. Areas of specialty include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, Play Therapy, Depression, Anxiety and Parenting Skills. She enjoys deepening her spiritual walk with the Lord and is inspired by nature, animals and interacting with genuine people.
Colleen Schrieman, B.S., OTR
Colleen holds a B.S. in Occupational Therapy from Eastern Michigan University. She has been a state and nationally certified Occupational Therapist since 1999. She has extensive knowledge in developmental delays, fine and gross motor skills. She has worked in schools, clinics, home health and specialty centers.
Medical Billing/Coding Specialist
Sara McStotts is our medical billing and coding specialist. She earned her degree in Medical Billing and Coding from Ultimate Medical Academy and been instrumental in streamlining our therapy billing processes. She also runs our front office and will be happy to address any questions regarding insurance. She was a military wife until her husband retired from the Army National Guard as a SGT in 2014. Sara has two sons and a daughter that love the outdoors! She enjoys growing vegetables and raising poultry on their small family farm. In her free time she enjoys watching her children play sports, hiking, being outside with her children and husband.
Tamsen Beasley, MSPT/CHT
Physical Therapist/Certified Hand Therapist
Tamsen holds a M.S. in Physical Therapy from the University of Alabama. She is a state and nationally certified Physical Therapist and has specialty certification in hand therapy. As a certified hand therapist, Tamsen is knowledgeable in advanced surgical techniques and postoperative therapy programs. She is able to create custom splints right in our clinic. Tamsen has extensive knowledge of the structure and function of the body and has worked in clinics for over 20 years.
